The fountain of youth discovered

The letter below needs little introduction.

This is a 74 year-old woman who was so sick that she felt
she was dying after her last diverticulitis attack.

But Helene decided to give it one last shot to try and
find something that would help her.

And she discovered Great Taste No Pain--what she calls her
fountain of youth.

Here is Helene's story:

*******************

Hi Sherry,

I am 74 years old and work full time as a school social
worker with deaf students.  I myself am deaf, but I cannot
blame my poor eating habits on that.

I was eating pretty healthy food so I rewarded myself with
lots of sweet things--candy, cake, donuts and all the other
non-foods.

I treated myself to dinners out after a hard day, and then
was packing it in after dinner too.

I was living on Tums, especially at night.  My stomach was
upset a lot, and my second home was the toilet.

For over a year I have been tired, came home from school
and took 2 and 3 hour naps.  Weekends I slept 10-12 hours
and woke up tired.  It was hard to get up to work in the
morning.

I kept saying I will start exercising again but I was just
too tired to go to the health club after work.

I was thinking it was my age more than anything.  In the
not so distant past I was full of pep and energy.

I'd go for my check ups twice a year.  I'd get "good
grades," but how do I consider my lifestyle healthy?  I was
on Norvasc for blood pressure, Lipitor for cholesterol,
low dose baby aspirin, Clairinex for allergies, low dose
hormones and Advil as needed for knee pains.

I was not kidding myself--I know that is not good health,
but really did not know what to do about it.

About 6 weeks ago I started cutting back on sweets, not
too much was changing, but on one particular day I was
feeling very good and peppy.

But that night right in the left side it hit me and I knew
what it was, because it happened exactly 2 years
ago...DIVERTICULITIS from Hell.

Back to the doctor, over to the hospital for the CT scan
and barium drink, then to the pharmacy for 2 drugs.

I was given Ciprofloxacin 500 mg.--the literature that
came with this medicine states at the very beginning, this
drug could kill you!

The way I was feeling at that moment was that the CT scan
and barium drink started the deed, now I am going to take
medicine to finish me off.

The other medicine was Metronidazole 500 mg.  Between the
sickness and the meds I decided I had lived long enough,
death would be better.

But then I thought maybe I will use the computer to do
some investigating and start being responsible for my
health.  That is when I stumbled across "Great Taste No
Pain."

I started to read your site and for some reason I just
kept reading and reading.  I wrote to you and asked when I
could start and described my condition.  I had a response
the next morning.

I waited a day or two and then started it.  The first
morning I didn't feel any adverse effects.  After 3 days I
woke up in the morning and did not feel I wanted to go back
to sleep.

I got to work full of pep and got more work done that
morning than I had in months and I did not have to push
myself.  I was motivated and focused.  I have since been
coming home and cooking meals, no need for naps.

I don't want to go off the deep end, but I am so happy, I
am overjoyed.  I feel as though I have found the Fountain
of Youth--I am not kidding.

I was killing myself with what I was eating or not eating.

And here is what else is happening:  The toilet is no
longer my second home.  I have not had a Tums or felt the
slightest need for one in a month.

My shopping is confined mainly to the produce section, a
short trip for fish or chicken.  My energy, focus,
motivation for a better life style is as good as when I was
in my 40's and 50's and younger.

This is unbelievable!  I think I have lost some weight
too.

My fridge is full of wonderful veggies, chopped, sliced
ready to add to any dish I want to make.  Oh and all that
wonderful fruit...ahhh.

It is becoming easier and easier to shop and prepare
meals.  The main ingredients are all fresh and waiting for
whatever way I wish to use them.

I told you a few days ago you are my Guru.  This is like
getting a second chance at life.  Thanks Sherry.

Helene Maram

PS:  It's almost 8 PM and I am still full of energy, just
like old times.

SB:  Wow, Helene!  I'm so happy you didn't give up and
instead found your fountain of youth.

Don't be surprised to see yourself needing less of the
other medications too.  I'm guessing that is already the
case, just didn't mention it.  Yes, wonderful things start
to happen when you eat for great health.

======

Helene has gotten a second chance at life.  How about you?

If you're feeling like she did--tired all the time, on
multiple medications, eating Tums like candy and especially
if you've developed diverticulitis or another digestive
challenge, it is undeniably the result of your diet.  Food
and/or drugs are the only things that cause digestive
problems.  Makes sense, right?

Changing the way you eat can turn your health around 180
degrees.  Helene felt like dying at 74--but now feels like
she did in her 40's and 50's.

All because of one thing--eating the way I teach in Great
Taste No Pain.

Just think of what it could do for you.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PS:  Joan no longer feels like she's having a heart attack
every night:

*******************

Dear Sherry,

I am now using your Great Taste No Pain system.  It is a
blessing.

Since having chemo fifteen years ago for breast cancer, I
have had problems with my digestive system, which has
gotten progressively worse.

It had reached the point where I felt I was having a
"heart attack" every night.  I knew I wasn't, but I was not
about to try and convince a doctor of that.

It was pure agony lasting four hours, if I was lucky and
it when on for months.

I had tried some alternative medication as well as
resorting to the (usual not good for you) diet aids, and
had even purchased some alkaline books.  I got more and
more confused.  I guess I wasn't putting it all together
properly.

In desperation, I was searching the Internet one night
(after eating), clicking on websites like crazy.  The next
thing I knew, you were speaking to me from your website,
telling me you knew how I felt because you had suffered the
same agonies I was suffering now.

As soon as you sent me Day 1 of the 4-day plan, I started
following the diet and ordered your System.  It was
unbelievable!

You promised from Day 1 on the diet that I would be pain
free and I was.  What makes it unbelievable is because it
is so simple.

I love the recipes and enjoy feeling "normal" again.

Thank you so very very much.

Joan Fustos
