Clearing up a major misunderstanding

A woman that has been a reader of my emails since last
December asked a question yesterday that blew my mind.

Here's what she says:

=====================================
"Could you please make up some sort of list that we can
learn to combine foods correctly?  Four different daily
combinations is pretty boring and doesn't leave much room
for creativity in the kitchen.  Janice."
=====================================

After reading that, it became abundantly clear to me that,
even though she's been reading my newsletter for 4 months,
she has no clue what Great Taste No Pain is.

Then it occurred to me that others may have the same
misunderstanding as Janice.

So for Janice and everyone like her, please let me clarify:

The Great Taste No Pain system should not be confused with
"Pain-Free in 1 Day."

Pain-Free in 1 Day is a just a sample "test drive" of the
Great Taste No Pain system.  I created it so people could
try eating the Great Taste No Pain way for just 4 days and
experience how fast they can feel better, no matter what
their digestive or energy challenge.

Once people see how easy and fast they can feel better,
they can then order the entire Great Taste No Pain system
and adapt the principles to their own meal favorites and
preferences (as well as enjoy my recipes).

The full Great Taste No Pain System is an entire system
that teaches you how to eat to minimize acidity in your
body and promote good health.  It is comprised of a series
of manuals and a 176-page recipe book.  You can learn about
the whole thing here:

Here are the highlights of the system:

The manual "How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If Your
MD Says, 'No Way!'" explains the basic principles of
correct combinations, and shows you how reducing acidity in
the body from your diet helps to improve health, energy and
longevity.

The manual "What To Eat With What" spells out exactly what
foods you should eat together to ensure pain-free meals and
prevent overproduction of acid in the stomach.

"Foods That Create Acid, Foods That Take It Away" is the
manual that tells you exactly which foods all by themselves
create acid in the body and which help make you more
alkaline.  It also teaches you about the importance of pH.

And the Great Taste No Pain recipe book is full of 112 of
the most delicious recipes you'll ever taste, breakfasts,
lunches, dinners, desserts and snacks.

There's also a laminated pocket guide for dining out (on
the last page of the recipe book) so you can dine out with
confidence knowing that your meal will be correctly
combined and pain-free.

And speaking of feeling fantastic, here's a great story
from a gentleman who is amazed at how he feels after 20+
years of heartburn:

*******************

Hi Sherry,

I am both amazed and disappointed.

Amazed that by simply paying attention to how I combine
the foods I eat I can eliminate heartburn.  And
disappointed that the doctor I consulted with this problem
had no clue.

I've had bad heartburn since the mid 1980's and for years
dealt with it by taking baking soda.  A few years ago I
heard that using baking soda may cause damage to my
digestive tract, so I went to see a doctor about
alternatives.

After trying several different medications, the one that
worked best for me was Prilosec OTC.  I have been taking it
daily for about three years now.  It works fine, but on
days I forget to take it I pay the price.

I was told about your information on March 16th by a
friend and ordered it on the spot.  The cost is nothing
compared to what I spend on Prilosec OTC and I was hopeful
that you had the real answer.

I downloaded your Pain-Free in 1 Day Guide while waiting
for the books to arrive and began eating as you suggested
on Tuesday, March 17th.  Aside from some minor heartburn, I
have been virtually pain-free since then.

I must admit that when I received your materials, I zeroed
in on the little pocket guide and used it more than your
suggested meals.  I am still experimenting with various
foods to see how it goes.

I'm so thankful for the excellent research you have done
and that no weird diet is involved.  I can't believe I've
spent the last 25 years in pain when the answer is so simple.

Over time I will change my shopping habits and use your
recipes.  They look great.  As a single guy, I'll just need
to do a little math to get the servings right.

Take care and thanks again.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PS: IBS and spastic colon are no longer a part of
Jessica's life:

*******************

Sherry,

I'm 42 and have had stomach pain for the last 10-12 years.
I thought I was doing everything right - exercising 3-4
times a week and making sure to eat healthy, which WAS to
be sure to eat fruit and veggies everyday with limited junk
food.  I appeared very healthy & fit to people who saw me.

But around age 30, I began to have stomach cramps and
diarrhea constantly, especially after meals.  My husband
and I still joke about how I'd drive like a crazy person
and slam on the brakes to make it to the nearest bathroom
(although it wasn't funny at the time).

My doctor said it was IBS and suggested fiber (Metamucil,
Benefiber).  After more pain, I then saw a specialist who
diagnosed me with spastic colon and prescribed medication.
He said I may need to be scoped, which I didn't want at
all.

I continued on through the years with bouts of sickness,
until last year when I began having terrible acid reflux,
gas, and painful heartburn.  I tried LOTS of over the
counter pills for several months, but none of them helped.

By December 2008, I reluctantly was about to pick up the
phone again to call the doctor, but I went on-line instead.
Thank goodness I found you.  Now you have taught me about
the harmful side effects of all that medicine.

I began GTNP on Jan. 1, 2009 and I have felt great since.
I want to thank you so much for helping me.  Also, I want
you to know how much I enjoy reading your wonderful emails
everyday.  They really keep me going and focused on the
importance of eating correctly.

Sincerely,

Jessica Faubert
