As a society, we are almost fanatical about being clean
and smelling fresh.
The "personal care" business is HUGE. We spend billions
of dollars a year on soaps, cleansing bars, body wash, body

deodorant, loofah sponges, exfoliating scrub, make-up
remover, cleansing cream and astringent.
And this is good.
But most people rarely consider the importance of being
clean on the inside.
Here's why it's important.
Just like an engine in a car, your body is a machine that
requires fuel, turns that fuel into energy for carrying out
its many functions, and generates wastes.
Our bodies produce two types of wastes...
One type from internal sources and one type from external
The first type, internal wastes, result from our bodies
replacing old cells with new cells. Hundreds of billions
of your worn-out cells are replaced with new cells every
