May 4th is the day - be there or be square

Just a quick note to remind you that May 4th is the day.

One week from today, on May 4, 2009 at 10:00 am US EST,
the greatest probiotic in the world, Super Shield, will be
available from Blue Rock Holistics

Now, many of you may wonder if you need a probiotic at all.

Answer: Yes, you do.  All humans do.

You see, every human being walking the earth has trillions
of bacteria called probiotics living inside their digestive
system, from the lower stomach through the small and large
intestines.  You are filled with these organisms.

These probiotics help break down the foods you eat and aid
in nutrient absorption.  They produce B vitamins and many
other essential nutrients your body needs.

They also neutralize dangerous toxins and render them
harmless, and protect the integrity of your intestinal
walls.

And most importantly, they help keep your immune system
strong and healthy.  It is acknowledged that the strength
of your immune system hinges on the balance of good
bacteria and bad bacteria in your gut.

And as long as the good bacteria properly outnumber the
bad bacteria, you will have good health.

The ideal balance should be at least 85 percent
lactobacillus (the good bacteria) and 15 percent coliform
(the bad bacteria).

The problem is, for most people, this critical balance
between good and bad bacteria is completely reversed.  85%
bad to 15% good.  Most people today are in this type of
range.

And it's this unbalance of bad bacteria over good that can
lead to indigestion, constipation and other GI problems.
It also means a weakened immune system, which leaves you
susceptible to infections and viruses of all types.

Now some of you might ask, "Gee, Sherry, I eat right and
follow Great Taste No Pain.  Why is the probiotic necessary?"

Eating right is VERY important.  An acid-creating diet is
THE most common cause of bad bacteria proliferating in the
gut.

But it's not the only cause.

A bacterial unbalance can also be caused by medications,
lack of sleep, stress and environmental toxins and
pollutants.

So, while eating right is the important first step,
supplementation with probiotics is essential to optimal
health.

Shield.  We are not accepting advance orders.

Believe me, it will be well worth the wait.

More to follow soon.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia
