Dear Sherry:
First of all I have a huge 'thank you' for you. My life
has been transformed.
I have only suffered for the last 2 years unlike some
people who have suffered for up to 30 years. I don't know
how they coped as I was not only physically drained but
mentally as well.
Up until 2 years ago I was a very healthy active person
(going to the gym 3-4 times a week and walked many miles
weekly). The first warning for me was not having a bowel
movement daily as I normally did. It was a gradual process
