How to prevent or stop diverticulitis attacks

In the US, one out of 10 people over 40 have it.  Over the
next 20 years of life, these numbers soar to over 50%.

About half of people between the age of 60 has it.

Almost everyone over 80 has it...

Interesting that it was rarely seen before 1900 in the US,
and it's rare even today in many countries.  So clearly,
we are doing it to ourselves.

I'm talking about diverticular disease (diverticulosis and
diverticulitis).

And with statistics like that, you should be talking about
it too.

Diverticulosis is the presence of little pouches or sacs
(called diverticula) in your colon.  These pouches are the
result of wastes getting stuck along your colon wall and
straining to have bowel movements.

Food and wastes build up in the diverticula and eventually
they can become infected and even burst--then you've
graduated from diverticulOSIS to diverticulITIS.

I'm told the pain of a diverticulitis attack is worse than
a kidney stone or childbirth.

But the pain is only part of the problem.

When a diverticula bursts, swarms of bad bacteria are
released throughout your body.  These bacteria get into
your bloodstream and wreak havoc all over your body--
including infections and inflammations of all kinds.  That
can mean headaches, joint pain, muscle aches, fatigue and
more.

In addition, the most common treatment for a
diverticulitis attack is antibiotics--which will kill off
both the bad AND the good bacteria in your gut and put your
body into even greater turmoil.

This is why you get stomach pain while taking antibiotics.

People who have bad cases of diverticulitis end up having
some of their colon removed.  But even that's not a
guaranteed fix because diverticula can occur again "down
the street" and form in another area of your colon.

To really fight diverticular disease and not be a part of
the statistics I quoted above you need to prevent the
diverticula from forming in the first place (or if they
have already formed, keep them from getting infected), and
keep your intestinal bacteria properly balanced.

This can be accomplished in two simple, easy steps:

1)  Eat in a way that allows for efficient digestion of
your food.  Poorly digested food leads to wastes that don't
pass through the colon like they should, malnutrition,
constipation, straining and...diverticula.

Great Taste No Pain teaches you the simple principles of
good food combining to improve your digestion, maximize
nutrient absorption and encourage regular, easy bowel
movements.  Plus it has meal suggestions, a 176-page recipe
book and even a dining out guide to keep you feeling great
no matter where you are.

2) Balance your intestinal flora with Super Shield multi-
strain probiotic formula.

Super Shield contains 13 of the most well-researched,
proven strains of beneficial bacteria known to the
scientific world.  These bacteria are ripe and ready to set
up house in your intestines, crowd out and "starve out" the
bad bacteria, fight toxins and pathogens, and keep your
intestinal wall (and you) healthy.

Just because everyone else gets diverticular disease, does
not mean that you have to. Remember, it was super rare
before 1900.

Don't accept diverticular disease or any other sickness as
unavoidable or as your destiny.  Take a proactive role in
your health with Great Taste No Pain and Super Shield, and
you'll stay energetic and pain-free into your 80s and beyond.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

Sherry:

I am very pleased to tell you that your "GREAT TASTE-NO
PAIN plan has really worked for me.

I am a senior who has suffered from constipation for most
of my adult life and now have Diverticulosis.

It only took me 2 days to be pain free and a couple more
days to start being regular.  I was simply amazed and feel
so good now.  I have a lot more energy too.

Thank you so much for your help.

Neil M.
