Most people have tried some form of dieting at least once
in their lives, but usually end up putting the pounds they
lost back on.

And then some.

You see, restricting your calorie intake can result in
losing pounds, but those pounds are both fat AND muscle.
That's not good.  Because since muscle tissue burns
calories (fat does not), you don't want to lose your muscle.

Also, when you restrict calories by eating less your body
thinks you can't get food and goes into starvation mode.
As a result, your fat burning metabolism slows way down to
keep you going on less food.  This means you start losing
less or no weight, even though you may be existing on
lettuce and water.

Plus when you stop dieting and eat "normally" again, your
body will burn less calories than it did previously because
you slowed down your metabolic rate...so any weight that
WAS lost comes creeping back on.

This frustrates the heck out of dieters, making them stop
even trying.  So it's off to the Plus Size Store!

Now, before I tell you the best way to melt off the fat
and keep it off, it's crucial to learn these 3 little-known
factors that contribute to weight GAIN.

1- Antibiotics
===========

Researchers in the agricultural field know that giving
antibiotics to cows and pigs results in huge weight gain.
Livestock owners routinely put low doses of antibiotics in
their animals' feed because they change their metabolism
and improve their ability to retain fat. 

Bigger animals = more profits.

But antibiotics have a similar effect on humans.

ANY antibiotics you take, whether by prescription from
your doctor or through the meat you eat, can cause you to
retain fat. 

Now, even though the amount of antibiotics you get in a
single serving of meat is relatively small, the harm comes
from the accumulation of these toxins over time, day in and
day out, meal after meal.

2- Oh, my Candida
=============

I'm not talking about the Tony Orlando and Dawn song from
the 70's, but the presence of the yeast Candida albicans in
your gut.

The processed, acid-forming foods that most people eat
today causes Candida to grow out of control.  This can lead
to vaginal yeast infections, fungal infections of the skin
and nails...

...and weight gain.

You see, Candida causes you to have intense cravings for
sugary foods, bread and pasta.  So it may not be a "lack of
willpower" on your part because you can't resist these

3- All calories are not created equal

Most people would agree that limiting your calorie intake
to, say, 1,500 calories a day would make you lose weight.

Not necessarily.

Because if you ate 1,500 calories of chocolate cake and

Absolutely not.

Your body would not get its required nutrients from the
cake and soda, so it, again it would go into starvation
mode like I mentioned above.  That means a slower metabolic
rate and LESS (if any) pounds lost, as well as you
continuing to feel hungry and likely to end up eating much
MORE than your 1,500 calorie limit. 

But with the fish and vegetables, your body would be
nourished so you'd feel full and satisfied (and far less
likely to overeat).  Plus the starvation mode doesn't get
triggered, so your fat burning capability would be
stronger, resulting in pounds lost.


So now, what's the secret to losing pounds and keeping
them off?
