What do you think would happen if I kicked a brick wall
pole as hard as I could with my bare foot every day?
Yes, the men in the white coats might come for me, but I'd
bruise or fracture my toes too.
Now let's say I got so tired of my tootsies hurting every
day that I decided to just to cut them off.
You'd probably say, "Why don't you just stop kicking the
brick wall, you dummy?"
And you'd be right.
The answer is so obvious with something like hurting toes,
but less obvious when it comes to diverticulitis.
You see, every day people eat acid-creating meals that are
difficult for your body to digest. This causes
constipation, straining, waste build-up and eventually, in
many cases, diverticulitis.
But so many people with diverticulitis continue to eat
combinations of foods that they can't digest well day in
and day out.
Just like kicking a brick wall.
Until eventually they end up losing some or all of their
colon. Cut it out--just like the toes in my silly example.
Unfortunately so many people with diverticulitis never
make the connection between their diet and their condition.
And all their doctors have to say is to stay away from
nuts and seeds (which, by the way, have nothing to do with
diverticulitis attacks. Even the Mayo Clinic acknowledges
that.)
But the good news is there are a growing number of
diverticulitis sufferers who are seeing first hand what a
tremendous difference it makes to eat meals that are
correctly combined for efficient digestion and low acid.
Lynette is one of them. And she's keeping her colon as a
result.
Here's her story:

Hi Sherry,
My name is Lynette B. and I'm 61 years young (or that's
how I feel now that I have started using Great Taste No
Pain).
I've had no pain, I love the great food and I am ecstatic!
I also took off some weight which is a bonus.
My story is that I have diverticulitis and I was waiting
to have part of my bowel removed. I came across your site
by chance as I was looking for something to help my Mum who
is in renal failure.
I started to read some of the stories on your site and boy
oh boy could I relate to them. Diverticulitis is the most
debilitating thing--always running to the toilet, the
cramps, the unbearable pain. You're never sure when it is
going to happen & then you think, "Oh no, not here please."
I have found it very hard these last few years trying to
work.
I would have to say you are a life saver. Thank you ever
so much for your dedication to helping people. My husband
has also done Great Taste No Pain and we both have lost 3
kilos (about 6 1/2 pounds) with this great eating plan.
I would never have believed I could be out of pain from
diverticulitis which has been on going for years. And I
WILL be keeping my bowel.
Thank you again Sherry.
Lynette

If you're suffering from the agony of diverticulitis, it's
time to stop "kicking the brick wall" with what you're
eating.
It's time to acknowledge that your diet is 100% the cause
of how you're feeling.
I know that's not what you may have been told in the past,
but if you're still in agony right now, that old advice
from the past is pretty useless, isn't it?
Lynette made a few modifications to the foods she eats
together...and is keeping her colon as a result.
Plus she loves the food to boot--Great Taste No Pain lives
up to its name in both respects.
Don't wait another minute to be pain-free or worse yet,
think that the knife is your only option.
