When it comes to living a life without pain and disease; a
lot of numbers come into play...
How much you weigh.
Your blood pressure.
Total cholesterol, HDL and LDL counts.
Triglycerides.
Blood glucose.
But the most important number of all is one that you
probably don't even know about...
Your pH.
pH is a measure of how acid or alkaline a solution is on a
scale of 0 to 14. 0 is extreme acid, 14 is extreme
alkaline and 7 is neutral.
Human blood naturally has a pH of 7.35--slightly alkaline.
And since blood is your "life force"--nourishing all of
your organs and tissues from head to toe, it's essential to
maintain its alkaline pH.
When your blood pH is a bit too acidic, your body breaks
down. Your organs can't function like they should or even
at all. Aches and pains crop up and worsen. Diseases of
all kinds and tumors can flourish.
It also affects you mentally.
Having an acidic pH impairs your body's ability to
assimilate and absorb nutrients from your foods. And
nutritional deficiencies can lead to depression, aggressive
or erratic behavior and learning and memory problems.
So clearly, true health begins and is maintained with an
alkaline pH.
This important goal is accomplished primarily through the
diet.
Problem is, the processed and chemical nature of the foods
most people eat today means that they are inundated with
acid. Putting it bluntly, most of what many people eat
should never ever be put into their bodies.
The other food-related problem is that the combinations of
foods eaten by the majority of people create even more acid
in their bodies.
But the encouraging news is, even if your pH is too acidic
and you've likely been acidic all your life, that can
change FAST when you begin to incorporate more alkaline
foods into your diet and correctly combine your foods.
It's never too late--your body is an incredible machine
that can bounce back from YEARS of an acid pH.
81 years to be exact.
81 year-old Alvin is witnessing the power of making his
body more alkaline.
And he's said goodbye to the purple pill and more as a
result:

Dear Sherry,
I can't thank you enough for what your program has done
for me. I have had Acid Reflux for 20 years or more. I
developed a habitual cough because of the constant burning
in my throat. Still, my doctor checked my throat and gave
me a clean bill of health.
When I moved to another area, I found a new doctor. By
now I had figured out that I had Acid Reflux. The new
doctor had me scoped from both ends. He didn't find much
but prescribed the purple pill.
I thought the pills were going to heal my problem. But
when I found out I would have to take them the rest of my
life, I asked can't we just change my diet. I was told
that diet alone would not help.
The GTNP manual "Foods That Create Acid, Foods That Take
It Away" tells you exactly which foods are acid and which
are alkaline, so there's no wondering. And no more fear.
And the manual "How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If
Your MD Says, 'No Way!'" explains the simple principles in
the Great Taste No Pain System in everyday language, and
even provides a handy chart and restaurant guide to make it
even simpler.
Get on your way to a more alkaline pH today and get rid of
your pain with Great Taste No Pain.

An alkaline pH is your key to great health for life.
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
PS: It's also a good idea to check your pH at regular
intervals. You can get a saliva test or urine test kit at
most drug stores or health food stores--the saliva test is
the least accurate and urine is slightly more accurate.
You can also have your blood tested by a doctor--this is
the most accurate but also the most expensive. If you want
this done and your doctor won't do it, find one who will.
Remember: 7.365 is the magic number.
PPS: Roni feels great for the first time in 30 years:
Sherry Brescia,
I have been on your program for only a few days and for
the first time in 30 years I feel great. My IBS,
diverticulitis, gas pains were daily and I knew I was
headed for surgery. I can hardly wait to share this with
my doctor.
