12 Medical Problems About To Improve

Here is a gruesome example of how the medical community
has failed a woman who is just 54 years young.

Joyce has many medical problems and is constantly feeling
sick and tired.  She's coming to me for guidance...and is
about to start feeling a whole lot better.

Here's her story--perhaps you'll see yourself in some of
her words.  See if you can hear the "Rocky" theme playing
in the background as you read:

*******************

Dear Sherry:

I am 54 years old and been diagnosed with fibromyalgia
years ago after a bout with walking pneumonia and numerous
rounds of antibiotics.  I also have had seasonal allergies
most of my life.

I am in menopause, have terrible achy body pains and
tingly cold hands and feet often.  I have bouts of stomach
pain and running to the bathroom after some meals with
explosive diarrhea.

I get rashes on my feet often and have had problems with
candida yeast overgrowth when first diagnosed with
fibromyalgia years ago.

I know somehow this is all connected.  I feel I eat rather
well...no caffeine, no sodas, mostly water and green and
black tea.  I eat very few sugary items.

I sometimes feel so exhausted after eating a meal.  When I
wake up in the morning I need a glass of orange juice next
to my bed to get me up and going.

I am tired all the time.   I am overweight which I want to
remedy desperately.  I also have heart palpitations and high
blood pressure.

I take 35mgs of Tenormin daily along with 12.5 HCTZ water
pill.  I want to get off both as I have been on the
Tenormin for many, many years.  I also feel like it makes
me so sluggish and foggy brained along with the regular
symptoms of menopause.

I am totally disgusted and need direction.

Sorry for rambling on, but wanted to give you the full
picture.  I am sick and tired of feeling so bloated,
sluggish, exhausted, anxious and depressed.

Before I start running to all these specialists, I think I
might be able to get it under control somehow.  I've always
been interested in healthful eating and supplements, but
somehow now that I am older, I am not getting it all
together.

Thanks for listening.

Joyce

SB:  Joyce, this is your lucky day.  I'm about to tell you
something that you won't hear from your doctors, but will
help you feel a WHOLE lot better.  For your benefit and
that of my readers, here it is:

Every single condition Joyce mentioned is caused and
worsened by acidity in the body.

Every single one.  Let me explain...

The wrath of acidity
================

When you have an acid pH (called a state of acidosis), it
wreaks havoc in countless ways.

The acid in your bloodstream gets transported to all of
your tissues and causes inflammation--and that can lead to
fibromyalgia like Joyce is experiencing.

Acid also affects how your organs work.

Take your heart, for example, since that's another problem
area for Joyce.

Your heart pumps an astounding 13,000 quarts of blood a
day.  The acid wastes in your system rob your blood of
oxygen, and that causes your heart tissue to deteriorate.

This can contribute to high blood pressure and
palpitations, among other things.

Being in a state of acidosis also worsens hormonal
problems, allergies and encourages yeast (candida)
overgrowth.  Note that Joyce mentioned these as three of
her many problems.

==================
So, how does it happen?
==================

Now, you might be wondering at this point how you end up
with an acid pH.  Good question.

Far and away the most common cause is your diet -- Eating
foods and combinations of foods that create excess acid in
your body.

Environmental toxins, stress and medications also add to
the acid buildup, but diet is numero uno.

An acid-forming diet is very difficult for your system to
digest.  Nothing the human body does demands more energy
than digestion...so if your meals are hard to digest that
causes you to feel wiped out most of the time because your
body is using all its energy to break down your foods
instead of giving energy to the muscles in your arms, legs
and other muscles.

Note that Joyce mentioned feeling exhausted, especially
after eating.

The poor digestion that results from a badly combined,
acid diet also causes weight gain and irregular bowel
habits.

Explosive diarrhea and being overweight are two of Joyce's
issues.

=============
What can be done
=============

Joyce feels her problems are somehow "all connected" and
she's right on.

And here's the best part:

Your body is an incredible creation that can bounce back
from years or even DECADES of acid onslaught.  It just
involves two life-saving steps:

Step 1 is to make your diet more alkaline.

Do that and you will feel great almost instantly -- as in
instantly.

And that, my friend, is what I will teach you in the Great
Taste No Pain system.

When you stop eating foods that don't digest well together
in your stomach and limit foods that are inherently acid
forming, your body responds almost like magic:

* Aches and pains subside
* Your organs all work better
* You have tons more energy
* Bowel movements become regular (no more "explosions")
* You sleep better (no more feeling exhausted in the
morning)
* Bloating and gas go away
* You need less or no medication
* Excess weight practically falls off

...and much, much more.

Step 2 is to balance your intestinal flora.

Years of an acidic diet lead to harmful bacteria and yeast
(Candida) overgrowth.  This can make you susceptible to
infections, compromise your immune system and worsen
existing digestive problems.

A medical-grade probiotic formula can help you with this
important step.  I recommend Super Shield because it has
more high quality strains than any other multi-strain
probiotic we've seen.

Super Shield has 13 powerful, potent, medical-grade
strains of beneficial bacteria that are ready and waiting
to take up residence in your intestines.  There they'll
fight off the "bad guys" and help you achieve the critical
balance you need (at least 85% friendly bacteria and 15% or
less harmful bacteria) to feel good from head to toe.

The unbeatable combination of Great Taste No Pain and
Super Shield can make a difference in SO many ways.

Don't let another minute go by -- follow this advice and
see how fast YOU feel great.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PPS:  Sharon is noticing lots of great changes:

Sherry:

As I continue to work with the guidelines in your book
Great Taste No Pain I continue to have less pain everyday.
I no longer have GERD and I no longer take the purple pill.

I believe that it has helped even with my fibromyalgia
pain.

I have more energy, less stress and am sleeping better.

I appreciate so much the difference that following your
advice has made for my health.  It has ended a lot of my
frustration with what to eat with what, and helped me to
understand why I was suffering so much when I ate.

The joy of enjoying wonderful whole food everyday without
the pain and frustration has greatly improved my quality of
life.

Thank You so much.

Sharone S.

PPPS:  So has Jenna:

*******************

Dear Sherry -

I'm pleased to say that since I've followed your advice, I
have had zero digestive problems through the week -- when
previously, I had to pop Immodium on a near-daily basis
just to get to all my activities.

I'm no longer worried about going and teaching my classes
or meeting up with friends for coffee or a meal.

You said it was a simple plan, and it is -- although I've
had to radically alter my eating habits (e.g., the biggest
change was drinking water at meals, instead of soda).

I've already decreased my pain meds, so I think this means
that my digestive symptoms have been at least a partial
trigger in my fibromyalgia pain.

Thank you for all the research you've done and for sharing
it with the rest of us so that we, too, can live full lives.

Blessings,
Jenna VW
