I was one of the many who had constant IBS since I was a
child. I used to have the Plunket Nurse come to our house
regularly to give me enemas because I was so constipated.
It was horrible, it was painful, it was depressing! I
often thought there must be something else seriously wrong
with me.
Well, it turned out there was. I was told I had the first
stages of bowel cancer and if I didn't do something
drastically, it would eventually kill me.
SO...here began the first dramatic change in my life style

I had always had a "sweet tooth" as well as not liking
