Can you imagine living in constant fear of not being able
to make it to a bathroom in time...to worry about having
"an accident" in public because your bowels had a mind
of their own. Of having to know where the bathroom was
no matter where you went. And to deal with the constant and
humiliating embarrassment of flatulence and gas.
After a while, that's got to be hell on earth. But that's
what many people suffering with Crohn's and diverticulitis
deal with ON A DAILY BASIS. But if you ask the average
person what they know about those diseases, they more than
likely will give you the blank stare and say "it's a
stomach problem."
Talk about the understatement of the century.
It's often so humiliating and depressing that many people
with either Crohn's and diverticulitis feel like they want
to end it all.
Kathy got to that point.
Until now...
Here's her story:
***********************
Hi Sherry:
I was diagnosed with Crohn's 1 year ago. This was after I
landed in the hospital for 3 weeks. Nobody could figure
out what was wrong with me.
I'd done the homeopathic doctor thing (he almost killed
me). When I suggested we should talk about diet, he didn't
think so. Instead he gave me more potions.
I suspected gluten had something to do with it, but
continued getting sicker and sicker. I never was heavy,
but at 5'8" I weighed 100 pounds when I finally landed
in the hospital.
I got a colostomy after they removed 23 cm (9 inches) of
my colon. A year later I had the colostomy reversed over
Christmas break. I was on Humira, Asacol and Azathioprine.
After this second surgery I was thrown deeply into a
relapse of Crohn's. I was spending a full 1/3 of my net
income on drugs and was so sick, I was totally ready to
give up on life.
After talking to my doctor about how I felt, he simply
added 40 mg of Prednisone to my list of drugs.
I put it out to God and the universe that if I was
supposed to be on this planet then I better find the way
soon.
I had my suicide all planned.
That very night I ran into Great Taste No Pain on the net.
The whole thing made sense to me.
I ordered Great Taste No Pain immediately, and began the
four day starter plan that day. Immediately things started
to get better!
I've since stopped the Azathioprine, and lost the skin
lesions that went with that. I've cut the Asacol in half.
The Humira wasn't working, so the doctor discontinued that.
I'm still trying to wean myself off of the Prednisone.
The doctor doesn't want me to discontinue that yet. That
is the worst thing ever to kick. The side effects of
steroids are awful!
Great Taste No Pain literally saved my life. I'm a
teacher. I can't tell you how important it is to no longer
worry about losing control of my bowels in front of my 6th
graders!
I don't have accidents, I don't have pain, I don't have
gas!
Now I just need to get off the last 10 mg of Prednisone.
I'd like to lose the puffy look to my face and truly be
100% healthy again!
Thanks,
Kathy D.

Kathy's story proves how magnificently the human body
responds when you feed it the way it was designed to be
fed.
You can still eat scrumptious, delicious, yummy, sinful
tasting foods...
But don't have to suffer for it.
Here's another letter from a lady with Celiac AND
Diverticulitis.
Talk about misery!
But no more.
Here's her inspiring story...
*******************
Dear Sherry,
I was diagnosed with diverticulitis about 3 years ago
after having such a terrible attack I was hospitalized for
four days and then put on a strict diet. I also have
Celiac Disease which I have had for over 10 years.
Between both diets I was required to follow, it was very
difficult to find foods I wanted to eat, yet I seemed to
gain weight on the limited diet. About a month ago I
decided to look on-line to see if there were any new
solutions or diets for the diverticulitis and that's when I
came upon your web-site.
After down-loading the "Pain-Free In 1 Day" and reading it
thoroughly, everything you said made sense to me and I
followed the four-day plan and I felt great! I ordered the
full program and have been following the food selection
plan now about 3 weeks.
I have never felt better in over ten years! The bloating
is gone, the horrible feeling I used to get after eating is
gone, so is the constant gurgling of the stomach and
abdomen and the cramping.
I am getting my energy back and starting to walk daily
instead of sitting on the couch.
I have a trip planned in June and I feel very confident
that I will not have any problems if I follow the plan. I
have used the pocket planner and it works great.
Thank you so much for putting this information out there
for people to have access to and I have been telling anyone
I know to check it out.
Thank you,
Connie

Whew... there are few people who have it as bad as Kathy
and Connie did.
So if Great Taste No Pain could help them, imagine what it
can do for you. Can you say, "normal?"
