It's one thing when you eat "crap" -- processed food,
burgers, fries, pizza, and drink soft drinks all day,
it's not much of a surprise when you get acid reflux
(heartburn).
You expect to suffer then...
But what if you seem to do "everything right" yet STILL
get acid reflux? Damn frustrating.
You'd be in a very big club.
Because there are so many people who are very careful
about what they eat, yet their chest is still always on
fire and they sleep propped up on pillows most nights.
I have an idea. How about the 'Done With Acid Reflux'
Club. It's for all the people who suffered with reflux but
now don't.
Sandra was one of those people. She could be a poster
child for "My Food Pyramid"--the USDA's guides for eating
healthy.
Yet she STILL developed acid reflux.
That's because the USDA guide and most other sources of
dietary advice don't take into account what eating certain
foods together with other foods does to your body.
But it makes all the difference in the world.
It did for Sandra--here's her story:

Dear Sherry,
I'm a mother of two college kids and I work full time. I
have lived a very healthy life-style all my life - I eat
all the right foods: plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables,
whole grain, fish, low or no-fat dairy, legumes, etc. And,
believe it or not, I haven't had red meat in 30 years!
I exercise regularly and have maintained my high school
weight all these years. In excellent health, I visit my
doctors regularly for all of the suggested routine visits
and check-ups. Basically no complaints until a couple of
months ago...
Wow! Out of nowhere, I developed acid reflux and was all
of a sudden experiencing such uncomfortable symptoms. I
would eat a meal and a little while later feel as though
the food was still in my esophagus, along with heartburn.
I went to see my doctor who simply recommended I take the
14-day cycle of Prilosec, which I did. It seemed to help a
little, but upon researching reflux and all of the
recommended medications I came upon your website.

Thank goodness!
You see, I am a person who doesn't even like to take
medication. What I quickly learned from you is that, while
I was eating all of the right foods, I was not eating them
in the right combinations! And, I was consuming way too
many acid foods.
I began following your plan as closely as possible and
focusing on the meal charts. Wow! What a difference this
has made over the past few weeks. And I'm not taking any
of the reflux meds.
I've realized that eating the right combinations at each
meal makes a huge difference.
Thanks for all the great information.

SB: Sandra, I salute you not giving up and going the
medication route. You ate what 99% of the medical
community thinks is a perfect diet (because they study
disease, not health), yet you still suffered. But no more.
Enjoy your Prilosec-free life.

If you're like Sandra and strive to eat healthy but are
still suffering, there's a very good reason.
Even the healthiest of foods can be detrimental to your
body when they are eaten with the wrong other foods.
When you eat foods together that require opposing
digestive enzymes, you create lots of acid in your system.
That excess acid can take the form of many different
digestive problems:
The manual "How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If Your
MD Says, 'No Way!'" explains the sound science behind
pairing certain foods together. This eating lifestyle was
created by a doctor nearly 100 years ago who cured himself
of a near-fatal kidney disease simply by eating this way
(after he got even sicker taking medications). And it
continues to help countless people across the globe today.
The guide "What To Eat With What" spells out what you
should (and shouldn't) pair with all of your favorite foods-
-meats, poultry, fish, pasta, potatoes, etc.--so there's no
guesswork.
All meals and snacks will be pain-free for you.
Plus the 176-page recipe book will make your taste buds
water. There are recipes for soups, stews, pasta dishes,
even desserts and even my world-renowned spaghetti sauce
(yes, you'll be able to eat spaghetti and sauce again)!
That's right -- I'll even teach you how to enjoy foods you
thought were taboo without paying for it later.
Let me help you like I've helped Sandra and hundreds of
thousands of others. It's a giant club and membership is
surging. Everyone is welcome.
PS: Charlotte is now acid reflux-free at 80 years old:

Sherry:
I am chemically reactive and can take no pharmaceutical
products. Thank goodness!
When I was told I had "acid reflux" by the doctor I knew
the next step - some "pill" that would disguise the problem
and I would take it forever.
I came home - hit the internet - looked up acid reflux and
there you were. I ordered your plan, ate right the first
evening I had it - and from that first bite on I have had
no problem. And...I also lost thirty pounds!
