Lower Blood Pressure Now (Part 1)

It's a common phenomenon that when a large number of
people share the same problem, whether physical, mental,
social, financial, etc., then it's just seen as normal.

And so when "you" have that problem, most people just
resign themselves to it, assign the appropriate self-image
due this new problem, and get in line and get their
"medicine."

High blood pressure is one of these problems.

People are told they have it, or will have it, so they do
absolutely nothing to change it.  Just take their medicine.

And hope.

Big Pharma likes this, because it means billions of
dollars each and every year in drugs most people don't
need.  At all.

And for those who are only a little high?

Well, we need to get their money, too.

So we'll need to give them a diagnosis...

Hmmm.  Oh, I got it.  Let's call it "prehypertension."

That'll scare 'em enough.  And they'll be ours!  (Now
imagine Dr. Evil from Austin Powers laughing his sinister
laugh).

Here's something I bet you didn't know:

9 out of the 11 co-authors of these "prehypertension"
blood pressure ranges received speaker's payments from,
research funded from, consulted for, or owned stocks in, a
LONG list of drug companies.

Can you believe this kind of stuff happens so blatantly?

Well, here's the scoop.  High blood pressure is not normal.

It can be kept low very easily without drugs and without
eating nothing but rabbit food.

Societies all over the world are proof that you can get
older, even into your eighties and nineties and have
normal blood pressure readings.

Thankfully, more and more forward-thinking doctors are
looking at the entire picture and not just a pressure
reading before they consider someone a risk for heart
disease or stroke (and medicate them).

These doctors look at whether a person smokes, if they
exercise, and most importantly:

Two significant but often overlooked causes of hypertension.

The first of those two causes is food.

The food connection
================

Diet is one of the single biggest factors that can lead to
high blood pressure.

Here's why:

If you have a typical Western diet, it turns your body
into a toxic waste dump, and that includes your
bloodstream.

Now, keep in mind your heart pumps an enormous 13,000
quarts of blood each and every day.  And if there are
toxic, acidy wastes in your blood, that puts a HUGE strain
on your heart to do its job, so it must work harder and
harder.

The perfect recipe for hypertension.

Plus the acid wastes in your system rob your blood of
oxygen, and that causes your heart tissue to deteriorate...

As in, get diseased and stop working.

So it's no wonder so many people with typical modern diets
are risks for heart disease and stroke.  Their hearts are
working like mad to pump their toxic blood, their heart
tissue is beginning to deteriorate, and their blood has
less oxygen for all of the body's organs and tissues,
including the brain.

Can you say stroke?

If you want prevention against high blood pressure (and
avoid being a dead-broke Big Pharma client), or even if you
have it already and want to help naturally control or lower
it, the solution is easy.

Make food your medicine.

It's easy, cheap and safe.

And if you follow my advice, your blood pressure will go
down without any expensive drugs at all.

To your health,

PS:  Stay tuned tomorrow for the second significant but
often overlooked cause of hypertension.

PPS:  Debbie's blood pressure is the lowest it's been in 2
years:

Hi Sherry,

My daughter Tiffany went on the web searching for
information about Hiatal Hernia and came across your web
site.

She decided that she had had enough of seeing her mother
sick and on lots of different medications with no results.

I have Nephritis of the kidneys and also suffer from
Meniere's Disease and then to be told that I have a hernia
as well really upset me.

Tiffany showed me your program and I decided what do I
have to lose?  I might as well give it a go.

I have been on your program for 2 weeks and I have no more
reflux or burping after meals. I also have lots more energy.

I have also been sleeping at night which I had not been
doing.  I used to average 3 hours at the most at night.

I went back to the doctor's and my blood pressure was the
lowest that it has been for 2 years!  He asked me what have
I been doing that is different and I told him about your
program.

Thank-you Sherry, and no more Nexium for me.  I wish that
I had followed this eating plan all my life.

Debbie
