There are not many things in life more agonizing than
constipation. Funny thing is, it's so common today that
most people take it for granted that it's going to happen
again for them VERY soon -- maybe this afternoon. Or
It's estimated that it affects more than 65 million people
in the US alone, and annual laxative sales are over $1
billion. Not a bad little market to be in, eh?
And to handle this demand is 700 different varieties of
OTC and prescription laxatives. 700!
Tell me... if any of them worked well without "issues,"

Another, better question is why are we so blocked up?

Things got really out of hand in 2002 after I suffered a
spinal cord injury.
While incontinent after that injury, at first all I had
was loose stools. Then, as the pain medications they began
