Never Have This Organ Removed
A comment I frequently hear from clients is that their
doctors tell them their digestive pain will stop once they
have their gallbladder out.
Terrible, horrible, wrong advice...
Because then they have the surgery, and things DON'T get
better.
Many times they get worse!
For a very good reason.
Contrary to what many people believe, the gallbladder is
not an unnecessary organ that serves no purpose and causes
digestive problems for no good reason. It's a vital organ
that serves an important purpose.
You see, bile (an alkaline liquid that aids in absorption
and digestion) is secreted by your liver and stored in the
gallbladder until it's needed in digestion. When you eat
fat, this signals the gallbladder to contract and release
bile into your small intestine to break down the fat.
In addition to being a storage area for bile, the
gallbladder also concentrates the bile from the liver by
removing water through its wall like a sponge.
So if the gallbladder is removed, although bile can still
flow into your intestine directly from the liver, fat
digestion is less efficient because the bile isn't as
concentrated as it should be.
Mistake of nature? I think not.
The most common reason for a cholecystectomy (removal of
the gallbladder) is gallstones.
Gallstones are the result of cholesterol build up from
eating lots of animal protein and not getting enough
alkaline forming foods.
(Hmmm. This is yet another way our bodies try to tell us
how to eat. We need to listen better.)
So, removal of the gallbladder is just the beginning of
your digestive problems.
Without a gallbladder, it's harder to digest fats.
And if your eating habits haven't changed from what caused
the gallstones to begin with, you're opening yourself up
for a wide variety of health challenges including:
1. High cholesterol
2. Arthritis
3. Osteoporosis
4. Heart disease
5. High blood pressure (hypertension)
6. Cancer
7. Diabetes
8. Diverticulitis
9. Colitis
...and many more.
Sadly, there are too many people without gallbladders now
because of doctors that either don't know or don't care
about the consequences of telling someone that their
gallbladder doesn't do anything, as well as a medical
community so addicted to the billions of dollars that drugs
and surgeries bring in.
"First do no harm" got thrown out the window long ago.
Scary.
This is another great reason to follow my advice in the
Great Taste No Pain system.

To keep yourself out of harm's way.
Great Taste No Pain stresses eating delicious alkaline
forming foods, and teaches you how to eat meat or other
animal protein to minimize its harmful effects.
That will help keep your blood cholesterol lower, and make
for a healthier gallbladder.
You must keep in mind that there are no mistakes of
nature. Our bodies were designed very carefully by our
Creator and no part of them is useless, regardless of what
your surgeon might
say to you.
Remember, those surgeons make a whole lot of dough-re-mi
by snip-snipping things out of you. No snip, no revenue.
Take care of your body by eating the right way, and you'll
get to keep all of your vital organs.
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
PS: Linda had her gallbladder out and still hurt...until
she found GTNP:
*******************
Hi Sherry:
I have had acid reflux for over 5 years. I am 44 years
old and eat an overall healthy diet. I am 5'6", weigh
approximately 122 pounds and try to exercise frequently.
I am a "recovered" acid reflux sufferer. I say
"recovered" because your GTNP books have cured me after
much suffering.
I first got acid reflux in 2003. I didn't know why I had
pain on my right side behind my lower rib cage. I went to
the doctors and they diagnosed me as having a gallstone and
told me that I would need my gallbladder removed.
So I had my gallbladder removed in September of 2003. I
did have a gallstone so maybe I did need the surgery but
the pain persisted. I thought I was just suffering the
after-effects of surgery.
About six months later they said it must be acid reflux
after having an endoscopy. And, of course, they put me on
Nexium. The Nexium did nothing so I decided to take myself
off of it without the doctor's permission and I abided by a
strict diet.
Flash-forward to March of 2010 and everything was pretty
much status quo. I had acid reflux sometimes but it was
bearable. I sometimes used some over-the-counter
medications and everything would be ok for a while.
In the beginning of April my stomach was really upset and
my acid reflux was burning more than ever. One night I
woke up in the middle of the night with stabbing pains in
that same "spot." I had insomnia for the rest of the
night. I just couldn't take it anymore.
I called the doctor's office and they put me on 40 mg of
Omeprazole. After a week the pain was still there! I was
so annoyed and thought, UNBELIEVABLE, after a week of
taking this my stomach HAS NOT IMPROVED AT ALL. This is
terrible.
I kept searching for an answer and finally found Great
Taste No Pain.

After purchasing the books and learning your system fully
I was able to cure myself. No more insomnia with pain
anymore for me! This is the miracle that I have been
searching for!
I told my husband a few months ago that I was going to die
from acid reflux. I was very depressed.
Now I am able to eat what I want and not worry about
propping my bed up, eating the "wrong" thing and wondering
why I had acid reflux when I was avoiding all of the
"trigger" foods that people said "triggered" acid reflux.
Thank you so much for your help. This was is an absolute
miracle in my life. I hope everyone can have the good
fortune to discover this way of eating and I wish everyone
good digestive health!
Linda
