I'm embarking on a
new journey and doing something I've
never done in my life.
I'm training for
my first marathon.
26.2 miles.
Lots of hills.
And for someone
who typically runs 4-5 miles at a time, and will be 50 years old

stretching my usual runs into the double digit range between
10-12 miles to gradually get my body used to longer

Inflammation

Inflammation is
the culprit behind aches and pains of all kinds. And if

Physical exertion
