3 Helpers For Inflammation and Pain

I'm embarking on a new journey and doing something I've
never done in my life.

I'm training for my first marathon.

26.2 miles.

Lots of hills.

And for someone who typically runs 4-5 miles at a time, and will be 50 years old when the marathon day arrives, that's a challenge!

Right now I'm stretching my usual runs into the double digit range between 10-12 miles to gradually get my body used to longer distances...and it's been tough.

But I KNOW I can do it.

And just as importantly, I know I won't be in excruciating pain throughout the process!

Why?

Because I live a lifestyle that not only supports health and fitness, but also helps combat inflammation when it rears its ugly head.

Inflammation = PAIN

Inflammation is the culprit behind aches and pains of all kinds. And if inflammation is left unchecked and becomes chronic, it can turn into conditions like arthritis, atherosclerosis, fibromyalgia, migraines and back problems.

Unfortunately, we're all susceptible to inflammation in one way or another.

Physical exertion is a classic cause, but inflammation can also result from things like:

- Environmental toxins
- Medications (yes, many of them CAUSE inflammation--the very thing they are supposed to "help")
- Injuries and infections
- Acid wastes from food and cell metabolism
- Inappropriate immune responses
- An omega-3 essential fatty acid deficiency

Since it's hard to always avoid the causes of inflammation 100%, it's important to do what you can to keep it from making YOU feel miserable.

Luckily, there are VERY effective ways that you can beat inflammation and thereby help prevent or significantly reduce YOUR pain.

1- Flush the acid wastes in your body

Acid wastes that are absorbed into your bloodstream and travel all over your body is a major cause of inflammation.

Excess acid wastes are the result of poor digestion and accumulating more acid wastes than your body can effectively eliminate through the colon, kidney, liver, or skin. And this is mainly the result of foods that are inherently acid-creating, plus hard to digest combinations of foods.

But just as easily as you add to the acid waste (aka "sewage build-up") by eating the wrong foods, you can turn that around VERY quickly by eating the right foods--foods that are alkaline and pairing foods together that digest well.

But you have to give it the proper inner environment for it to bounce back. If you do, it will. Remember, the body's purpose is to survive and to heal itself.

And that is precisely what following my advice in the Great Taste No Pain health system will help you achieve.

The whole GTNP system is designed to cleanse your body internally which reduces inflammation all around the body.

The GTNP manuals will spell out the few simple changes you need to make that make all the difference in the world.

And DON'T WORRY! You'll still be able to eat many of the yummy foods you love. Some you won't. And you just need to be a little more discerning on what foods you eat together, and incorporate some more of the good stuff into your meals.

When you reduce your acid waste build-up, you'll be shocked at how much your pain dissipates.

And it's very likely you'll need less or no more medication. Thousands of my clients have experienced this wonderful benefit from this simple advice

How does THAT sound to you?

2- Boost your probiotic bacteria

Probiotics support the development of regulatory T cells in your immune system. These T cells help reduce "mixed-up" immune responses where your immune system "attacks" your body, causing pain and inflammation.

These wacky actions by your immune system are a major contributing factor in painful autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, colitis and Crohn's.

Super Shield multi-strain probiotic formula can help balance your intestinal flora and ensure that you have a strong army of beneficial bacteria (probiotics) in your system.

Super Shield's 13 strains of medical-grade friendly bacteria can help encourage more natural anti-inflammatory T-cells to develop, which can calm down the crazy, mixed-up immune cells.

And that can lead to SIGNIFICANT decreases in inflammation and pain.

3- Get the proper ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids

A deficiency in omega-3 essential fatty acids is a leading cause of inflammation and pain. It is the primary reason so many people are in pain--they have way too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3.

There needs to be a certain balance of Omega-6 to Omega-3 essential fatty acids in your body--that's how your body's natural anti-inflammatory process works best.

But because of our typical diets that are LOADED with Omega-6 EFAs and seriously lacking Omega-3 EFAs, most people have a serious imbalance going on...

And they've got the aches and pains to prove it!

So it's essential to replenish your omega-3 supply with a pure pharmaceutical-grade fish oil supplement.

VitalMega-3 is a super-potent, pharmaceutical-grade fish oil that delivers a full
1,000 mg. of the necessary EPA and DHA
essential fatty acids in every daily 2-capsule serving.

A mountain of research touts fish oil's capability to safely and naturally reduce pain and inflammation, including relief from conditions like arthritis.

Don't think you need to live a lifetime of chronic pain, or that prescription drugs are your only way out. You don't and they aren't.

Calm inflammation and pain naturally by boosting your body's natural inflammation fighting power and you'll find each of your new pain-free days a whole lot sweeter.

Good day Sherry

Thank you for your awesome articles and the Great Taste No Pain plan..

I have spent my whole life wondering why I was not able to lose weight and recently someone sent me a link to your website. It was like a light bulb went on inside my head. I realized that I had almost every side effect of acidity.

I followed your eating plan and within two days I felt a marked difference in the pain in my joints. I found that I was no longer having to deal with nasal congestion and I also started having uninterrupted sleep.

I have already lost about 3 kgs and am looking at getting my weight right down.

Kind regards

Karen
