The Metabolism Boosting Supplement

At the karate dojo where I work out, there is a sweet little lady who is a
pretty big inspiration to a lot of people.

She's not even 5 feet tall, weighs under 100 pounds and is 64 years old.

She's a third degree black belt, having first earned her black belt 8 years ago at age 56!

And in terms of energy, she tap-dances around most people at that place, including many young adults and even teenagers!

She has earned the nickname of "The Energizer Bunny" because her vigor, willingness to work hard and drive are seemingly never-ending. This is most certainly because of the high number and activity of enzymes in her body.

Hmmm...If only the same could be said for the enzymes in most people's bodies.

Because contrary to what most people believe, there is not an endless river of enzymes flowing through us.

We're all born with the ability to produce a finite (limited) number of enzymes during our lifetime. Studies going back to the 1940's prove that this ability varies in each of us depending on our DNA.

And when we're done, that's it!

Now you might be thinking, "OK, so what does that mean to me?"

You are about to find out...

And trust me, you don't want to miss a word of this.

Meet your "inner battery"

When most people hear the word "enzymes" they think only of digestive enzymes. But enzymes are actually behind the scenes in EVERYTHING you do.

Here's what's happening inside of you, even at this very second:

ALL your body's processes and functions, including digestion, circulation, breathing, thinking and even reading this email are the result of a series of chemical reactions, collectively known as metabolism.

Metabolism has two parts -- anabolism and catabolism.

Anabolism is the process where little parts are put together to make something bigger, such as new tissue growth.

Catabolism is the opposite -- it's where bigger things are broken down into smaller pieces, like your foods being digested.

Enzymes are the "jump-starters" for metabolism, much like the battery in your car. Your car won't get very far without the battery to start it...and neither will your body without enzymes. So working out like a fiend will have MUCH LESS IMPACT on your metabolism than it would if your enzymes are at full strength.

Your 3,000 + enzymes

Your body has over 3,000 kinds of enzymes, with each one having its own special job. Without them there would be no breathing, no digestion, no heartbeat, no growth, no healing, no thinking and no organ activity.

In other words, you'd be permanently horizontal. A flat liner. Dead as a doornail.

And even LONG before you run out, when you just get low in enzymes, things start to break down inside of you, and sickness and disease are just around the corner.

Just a partial list of diseases that are caused or contributed to by enzyme deficiency include:

- Cancer
- Arthritis
- Atherosclerosis
- Heart disease
- Multiple sclerosis
- Osteoporosis
- Fibromyalgia
- Allergies
- Eczema
- Psoriasis

So as you can see, enzymes are essential to your health and life.

Enzyme "Terminators"

Unfortunately, things that inhibit and destroy important enzymes in your food and your body are all around you like a bunch of Terminators.

They include:

- Tobacco smoke
- Coffee
- Alcohol
- Drugs (OTC, prescription and illegal alike)
- Excessive exposure to the sun
- Free radicals
- Food additives including preservatives, coloring agents and flavor enhancers
- Pesticides
- Food processing including drying, canning, freezing and irradiation

Keeping your limited enzyme supply high

Now that you know just how important enzymes are, as well as some of the forces that are working against you, it's crucial to make sure that your enzyme supply gets to where it needs to be and stays there.

Your health and your life quite literally depend on it.

Here are ways you can help make sure your supply is as close to an "endless river" as possible:

1- Avoid enzyme Terminators

If you smoke, here's yet another reason to quit. And do all you can to minimize coffee and alcohol intake.

If you take OTC or prescription drugs, ask your doctor if there are herbal or natural alternatives. And of course, say no to the illegal garbage.

Wash produce thoroughly. You don't need to buy expensive produce washes -- mild dish soap is fine. Just be sure to rinse well. Try to buy organic whenever you can.

Avoid excessive sun exposure -- being outdoors doing things in the sun is fine, but purposely roasting yourself for hours on end is not.

Be sure to get a good dose of antioxidants each day. Many fresh fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants, plus you can supplement with Vitamin C, Vitamin E, CoQ10 and Alpha lipoic acid supplements.

But the biggest "Terminator" of enzymes here is processed foods.  Avoid them at ALL cost. They are devoid of enzymes, lacking in nutrients, loaded with chemicals and are basically empty calories that make you toxic inside.

And the worst thing is, because they are very hard to digest, THEY USE UP AN ENORMOUS NUMBER OF ENZYMES with every bite you take.

2- Eat your enzymes

Raw or lightly cooked (crisp-tender) vegetables and raw fruits are GREAT sources of natural enzymes. These foods have their own enzymes and therefore don't need yours to be broken down and digested.

Conservation at its best.

3- Enzyme supplements

If fresh vegetables and fruits are not your bag, or if you believe you're seriously lacking in enzymes and need some more help, then a top shelf enzyme supplement can be a big help...

Like Digestizol Max.
