Each and every day
nearly 6 million Americans suffer pain ALL OVER
-- in their back, neck, shoulders and hips, often to the point
where they can't even sleep, so they're frequently fatigued too.
And another 25+ million people around the world feel this misery
daily, too. (We're #1!!, we're #1!!)
These same people
often get IBS symptoms -- abdominal pain, bloating, gas,
constipation and diarrhea.
And it doesn't
stop there.
They can also
experience extreme sensitivity to touch, headaches or migraines,
bladder problems, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems,
difficulty concentrating, dizziness, nasal congestion and
numbness or swelling in the hands or feet.
Oh, and many times
they are depressed too.
Understandable,
wouldn't you say?
If you're
wondering who "those people" are, I've just described a day in
the life for someone with fibromyalgia.
So what is
it exactly?
It's easy to see
why fibromyalgia can cause pain literally all over when you know
what's going on inside.
"Fibro"
means connective tissue and "myalgia" means muscle pain.
So fibromyalgia is pain affecting the connective tissues of your
muscles.
If you were to see
a cross section of one of your muscles, you'd see yarn-like
strands of fiber, each wrapped up in connective tissue. Groups
of those yarn strands are bundled together and each bundle is
wrapped in more connective tissue.
Then all those
bundles are wrapped up together in connective tissue which forms
your muscle. The muscle is then connected to bones by tendons or
to other muscles by ligaments.
Note that both
tendons and ligaments are connective tissues, too.
So, since
connective tissue is pretty much everywhere inside you, it's
easy to see that a connective tissue problem can cause pain ALL
OVER in and around your muscles.
Not fun.
What's
usually done
Living life with
fibromyalgia can be difficult enough, and making the situation
feel even more bleak are the typical treatments.
People with
fibromyalgia are generally put on anti-inflammatory drugs and
antidepressants. But sadly most fibromyalgia sufferers get only
limited relief, if any, from the drugs.
One study showed
that 90% of people treated with anti-inflammatory drugs were
still symptomatic after 3 years!
And of course
that's not even considering the side effects from the drugs that
they've had to suffer as well.
Tell me why
The reason drugs
are pretty much useless in the treatment of fibromyalgia is
because they do absolutely nothing to address the root causes of
fibromyalgia...
...nothing.
While fibromyalgia
can be triggered by parasites, food and environmental
sensitivities and unresolved emotional issues, far and away the
most common causes are...
Toxicity and
candida overgrowth.
And interestingly
enough, BOTH of those are a direct result of the foods you eat.
Here's the scoop:
The toxicity
connection
When the right
kinds of foods are eaten that actually nourish your body and can
be digested efficiently, all of your systems work like a
well-oiled machine.
Nutrients get
absorbed and transported by the bloodstream to where they need
to go, keeping all your organs and tissues healthy. Cellular
waste products are carted away. Oxygen-rich blood nourishes all
your cells.
After digestion
your wastes glide through the intestines and "out the back door"
smoothly and regularly--no grunting or, on the flip side, flying
to the bathroom like a 747 is necessary.
But when you
instead eat the wrong foods...sadly, sickness and disease
becomes your reality.
You see, when acid
creating foods are consumed (and foods like this are ABUNDANT
with our "Standard American Diet" or SAD -- good acronym), the
acidy residue from those foods doesn't just disappear once the
food is digested and you have a bowel movement.
Oh, no -- there's
a LOT more going on that you don't know about.
Foods that create
acid in the body make toxins. These toxins can get absorbed into
the bloodstream from the intestines and from there are carried
all over your body.
Your body's first
defense against acid in your bloodstream is to either have the
kidneys filter it out (and dump it into your urine) or
neutralize it (by using up calcium and magnesium from your bones
and muscles).
BUT...
When there's a
consistent daily onslaught of acid from food going in, it's like
trying to bail water out of a sinking boat -- your body simply
can't keep up.
Plus, the
lymphatic system (your "garbage collection" system) tries like
crazy to eliminate the wastes through its exits -- the lungs,
skin, bowel and bladder -- but it can only handle so much.
If you're really
loaded with toxins, the lymphatic system "overflows" and the
toxins end up being STORED in your organs, tissues and bones.
Toxins that have
accumulated in the muscles and connective tissues come out as...
...Fibromyalgia.
Oh my
Candida!
Yeast (Candida)
is always present in your body. It even serves a valid function
-- it kills certain harmful bacteria and pathogens in your
digestive tract.
As long as you
have a healthy population of beneficial bacteria in your system,
Candida is kept under control and does what it's supposed to do.
The problem arises
when Candida grows out of control...
Then this
relatively harmless yeast becomes a gruesome fungal monster that
invades the rest of your body and wreaks havoc.
When Candida
becomes a fungus, two toxic substances - ethanol and
acetaldehyde - are produced, which are VERY harmful to your
cells. They hamper your red blood cells' ability to flow into
the capillaries, which can lead to migraines, muscle aches,
fatigue and...
...Fibromyalgia.
Candida yeast feed
on sugar, processed foods and refined carbohydrates -- which are
staples in the Standard American Diet.
So is it any
wonder that millions of people are hurting from head to toe with
fibromyalgia or other inflammatory conditions?
Still think drugs
is the way to treat it?
Addressing
the cause alleviates fibromyalgia
If you REALLY want
help with fibromyalgia (or want to help make sure you never get
it in the first place), it makes all the difference in the world
when you attack it at its two main root causes -- toxicity and
Candida overgrowth -- and use natural measures to ease any
current inflammation.
Here's how to say goodbye to fibromyalgia pain:
1) Use the
Great Taste No Pain Health System.
The Great Taste No
Pain guides will show you how to eliminate acidity from your
body by eating delicious, nourishing foods in the combinations
that make for easy digestion and assimilation.
Now, this isn't a
"diet" -- so get that 4-letter word right out of your head!
It's an eating
lifestyle that works with how your body digests foods and helps
enhance the effectiveness of your various digestive enzymes.
When you eat meals
that are alkalizing to your system and easy to digest, acid
wastes and toxins can be efficiently eliminated.
And that means you
cut fibromyalgia off right at the source!
Plus, you can feel
the difference in many other ways too--no more digestive
problems like IBS, heartburn or gas, more energy and everyone's
favorite--lose excess weight without even TRYING!
If this
sounds good to you, then check it out here.
2) Boost your population of beneficial bacteria (probiotics) so
they can keep Candida in check.
In addition to
having a diet that minimizes processed foods and refined carbs (like
you'll learn to do with Great Taste No Pain), in order to
ensure your gut flora are what they need to be, it's very
helpful to supplement with a quality, potent, multi-strain
probiotic formula.
And Super Shield delivers on all counts.
Super Shield
contains the strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus, which have been shown to be
extremely effective in fighting Candida and other harmful gut
microbes.
Plus, Super Shield's 11 other potent strains support L. rhamnosus
and L. acidophilus in keeping your intestinal flora in a healthy
balance, ready and able to keep Candida in check, strengthen
your intestinal walls...
And ease
fibromyalgia!

And if you
currently are fighting fibromyalgia and want some safe, natural
inflammation relief there's:
3) VitalMega-3 EPA/DHA fish oil formulation
Most people have
the idea that fish oil can help ease inflammation, but they're
not really sure how.
Read on--you'll find this interesting:
The Omega-6 and
Omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) in your body work to stir
up and then reduce inflammation.
You see, Omega-6
EFAs activate your body's defense mechanisms like blood
clotting, inflammation and allergic reactions, and you need that
during emergencies such as when you sustain an injury or ingest
something dangerous.
Then when the
"emergency" is over, Omega-3 EFAs come in and cool down
inflammation, produce calmness in your nervous system and reduce
cholesterol and clotting in the blood.
This system works
perfectly as long as you have about a 5:1 ratio of
Omega-6:Omega-3 EFAs in your body.
But the typical
American has truckloads of inflammation-causing Omega-6 fatty
acids in our acid-forming diets but not nearly enough Omega-3s,
causing our ratios to soar above 5:1.
And we have the
inflammation to prove it!
But you can help
reduce inflammation and pain dramatically by replenishing your
Omega-3 supply with a high quality fish oil supplement like VitalMega-3.
Just 2 capsules a day gives you a full 1,000 mg. each of the
necessary Omega-3 essential fatty acids (known as EPA and DHA),
which is the dose that has been recommended by experts to help
bring your Omega EFAs into a more proper balance.
Fibromyalgia is a
gruesome disease that causes so much suffering...and if you're
caught in the trap of taking anti-inflammatories and
antidepressants, getting no relief and feeling hopeless, I
understand.
And more
importantly, I can help.
See for yourself
how much better you can feel when you reduce acid wastes and
toxins, balance your intestinal flora and naturally ease pain
and inflammation.
Then write and
tell me how much better you're feeling.
I'll be waiting to
hear from you.
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
PS: V.R. has made "more progress in 8 days than the docs made in
7 yrs!"
Sherry,
I
have had severe IBS for the last 7 years. I have also have had
chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic myofascial pain disorder
as well. I have been unable to eat fresh fruit or red meat for
several years.
I
was in constant pain with gas, bloating and constipation. This
list could go on for hours. To sum it up, I have been in
constant pain and discomfort for the last 7 years. I have taken
many meds, had every blood test under the sun, had upper GI's,
lower GI's etc...Lots of fun! Ha.
I
have been on a regiment of 40mg of Zyban, 40 mg of Celexa, 20 mg
of Celebrex, and an Ambien to sleep.
I
started your Great Taste No Pain plan 8 days ago, and no longer need the
Ambien, have stopped taking the Celebrex and Zyban. I am still
taking the Celexa for fear of the FM pain coming back, but plan
on coming off of it slowly as well.
I
am eating fresh fruit now. I have more energy and am feeling
much better. My stomach still is not 100% perfect, but is making
more progress in 8 days than the docs made in 7 YEARS!
Thank you
V. R Scot

As we age, our
supply of digestive enzymes decreases. This is especially
true for people who eat lots of processed food and hard to
digest meals. Foods such as these require LOTS of enzymes to
break them down and over time your body's ability to produce
enough enzymes is diminished. Nothing can make you feel older
than gas, bloating, heartburn and constipation from ineffective
digestion and too few enzymes. Give your body the support it
needs and feel great inside with Digestizol Max natural digestive enzyme supplement. Learn more about Digestizol Max and all the ways it can help you
