The 2 Major Causes Of Body Pain, Inflammation

It's hurricane season in the Atlantic and you know what that means...

Mega-strong winds and rain. Power outages. Damage or devastation to homes and other structures.

And people getting injured. Some will even be killed.

But at least we have the National Weather Service to let people know way in advance when trouble starts brewing over the Atlantic waters.

That way, people can take the necessary steps to prepare and even evacuate to avoid danger.

Your body's severe weather advisory system

Well, our bodies don't make foghorn sounds like our radios and TVs or flash a red banner like our computer screens, but we do get a clear warning signal when things aren't right...

It's called PAIN.

Just like a severe weather warning, pain is something you can't easily ignore. It's that way by design. It's MEANT to get your attention.

Pain is your body's way of telling you there is a problem somewhere and you'd better check it out and see what's up.

Sometimes the cause of pain is obvious--when you stub your toe or touch a hot frying pan, the cause and effect relationship is pretty clear.

But it can be mysterious when your pain isn't easily discernible... Pain in your muscles. Throbbing in your bones and joints. Headaches. Stomach pain. Backaches.

Those types of pain are signs that there is major "hurricane" of inflammation brewing in your body.

The predecessor to inflammation: irritation

The interesting thing about inflammation is you don't jump from feeling fine to severe pain right off the bat. It's more gradual. Instead, what you get first are subtle warnings in the form of irritation.

Irritation can be things like skin rashes, hives or acne.

An itchy nose is another form of irritation, as is frequent flatulence.

Other examples of irritation are sleeping difficulties, increased body odor, bad breath, nervousness, lethargy, moodiness, loss of appetite and nausea. These are all gentle nudges that your body gives you to let you know something isn't right.

Now, when the average person gets symptoms of irritation, what do they usually do?

Yup -- it's off to the drug store you go. Over the counter drugs are available for just about ANYthing...

Pain relievers. Gas or acid reducers. Skin creams. Laxatives. Energy pills and drinks. Sleep or relaxation aids.

The list is endless.

Unfortunately, these chemicals only mask the symptoms of irritation -- they do nothing for what's really going on inside of you. As a matter of fact, they make it worse because they make you toxic (more on that below).

Your progression to inflammation

If you continue to pop OTC drugs and do nothing to stop the cause of your irritation, it's only a matter of time before your situation deteriorates into full-blown inflammation and REAL pain.

I'm talking about progressing on to things like arthritis, fibromyalgia, diverticulitis, migraines and chronic back pain.

Then the big guns come out.

You know what I'm talking about...

Prescription drugs. Pharmaceuticals.

And it's all downhill from there...

The underlying problem continues to worsen. Your pain gets greater and you need stronger and stronger drugs.

That vicious cycle of more pain-stronger drugs-more pain-stronger drugs is exactly what millions of people are living every single day.

Am I talking to you? If so, listen up.

Because I am about to tell you how you can help fight pain and inflammation.

NOT with more drugs or chemicals.

Instead by listening to your body and giving it the help it needs.

There are 2 VERY effective ways that you can address the main causes of inflammation and thereby significantly reduce your pain:

1- Reducing your toxic waste buildup reduces pain in your body

Acid wastes that are absorbed into your bloodstream and travel all over your body are far and away THE number one cause of inflammation.

Excess acid wastes are the result of poor digestion and accumulating more acid wastes than your body can effectively eliminate through the colon, kidney, liver, or skin. And this is mainly the result of eating foods that are inherently acid-creating, plus hard to digest combinations of foods.

Note that the residue from drugs (both OTC and prescription) also add to your waste buildup.

So it's like throwing gasoline on a fire!

But just as easily as you add to the acid waste build-up by eating the WRONG foods, you can turn that around VERY quickly by eating the RIGHT foods--foods that are alkaline and pairing foods together that digest well.

And that is precisely what following my advice in the Great Taste No Pain health system will help you achieve.  Or if you're gluten-challenged, Great Taste No Gluten.

Both Great Taste No Pain and Great Taste No Gluten show you how to structure easy to digest meals and show you how to cleanse your body internally with alkaline foods, which helps reduce inflammation from head to toe.

The manuals will spell out the few simple changes you need to make that will make all the difference in the world.

Now DON'T WORRY...

...Because you'll still be able to eat spicy, tasty foods you love. You just need to be a little more discerning on what foods you eat together, and incorporate some more of the good stuff into your meals.

When you reduce your acid waste build-up, you'll be shocked at how much your pain dissipates.

And it's very possible you'll need less or no more medication at all. Thousands of my clients have reported being able to cut down or eliminate their medications.

How does THAT sound to you?

2- The proper ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 EFA's reduces pain

A deficiency in Omega-3 essential fatty acids is a leading cause of inflammation and pain. It is THE primary reason so many people are in pain. They have FAR too much Omega-6 and not enough Omega-3.

A big reason for the overload of Omega-6 fatty acids is refined grains, vegetable oils and meats from corn-fed animals.

There MUST be a specific balance between Omega-6's and Omega-3's in your body. When they're working together in about a 5:1 ratio, they effectively fight inflammation.

But most people have a ratio of at least 10:1 or worse.

With this gross imbalance of omega fatty acids, the anti-inflammation system in your body cannot and does not function properly.

So you get LOTS of pain and inflammation.

That's why it's essential to replenish your Omega-3 supply with a pharmaceutical-grade fish oil formulation.

VitalMega-3 is a super-potent, pharmaceutical-grade fish oil that delivers 1,000 mg of the EPA and DHA essential fatty acids that you desperately need in every daily 2-capsule serving.

A mountain of research touts fish oil's capability to naturally reduce pain and inflammation from conditions like arthritis, and it's even being recommended by many mainstream physicians as a natural alternative to pain pills.

Do not think you need to live a lifetime of chronic pain, or that OTC or prescription drugs are your only way out.

Do not think you're meant to live in the more pain-stronger drugs-more pain-stronger drugs cycle of misery.

Calm inflammation and pain naturally by boosting your body's natural inflammation fighting power and you'll find each of your new pain-free days a whole lot sweeter.

Let me help you. Experience the power of natural healing for yourself...

PS: Denise is off NSAIDS and then some:

Hi Sherry,

In 2003, I started taking a prescription NSAID for what was diagnosed as tendonitis and carpal tunnel in my wrist. For the last several years I felt like I had a bucket of sludge in my gut, and I tried body cleanse treatments to clear it out, to no avail.

I also was suffering from recurring chest congestion and coughing which was being treated by antibiotics on 10-day courses about every six weeks. I had come to believe I would never be really healthy again.

After following your Great Taste No Pain plan I found the difference to be amazing. I immediately stopped taking my NSAID when I realized it had caused ulcers and an infected gut, and after only two weeks my wrist hurt less than it had in six years.

My stomach no longer feels bloated and painful and I am 14 pounds lighter in just the one month I have been eating by your plan. My appetite was immediately reduced and I feel better nourished. I cannot believe what a difference this has made in my health.

I slipped up three times this month and each time I experienced that painfully bloated sensation, and the third time I also suffered nasal congestion within an hour. It was a clear reminder to me that I don't like to feel bad.

I have quit my NSAID, my antibiotic, and have greatly reduced my medication for blood pressure, heart palps, and thyroid problems and expect to be off of them entirely in the near future.

I also have not been experiencing my usual pollen allergies even though I discontinued my antihistamines. It surprises me now when the weather man says we have a high pollen count because I used to know it by my itching, but that is gone now too.

I look forward to increasingly good health as I continue on this plan, and I know if I mess up again, it will quickly remind me, and that has become my greatest motivator.

Thank you for telling me what my doctors wouldn't.

Denise
