I am 61 years old and have been suffering since I was 13 with IBS. Last April I was awaken in the middle of the night with watery diarrhea and it has last 6 months. I'm 75 years old I have suffered for years from diverticulitis, my mother died form it. I have been hospitalized three times because of the pain. Also I have tried to be a vegetarian for years and what other vegetarian eat gave me terrible stomach pain. It struck again the other day and after suffering for several days I went to my doctor. He said well this is not good. I'm sending you over to the hospital to get a cat-scan if the diverticulitis has abscessed I'm checking you into the hospital. Well thank the Lord they had not abscessed. He gave me some antibiotics and sent me home.
In desperation I got on the Internet and began looking for anything that might help. I came across your website. I immediately decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have been on it for three weeks except for one day. Thought it was too good to be true so I willfully violate the principles and suffered the results, was in pain for four hours.
I’m convinced. Feeling much better now.

How does one thank you when you live so far away.
I returned home after a colonoscopy very sore and sorry for myself. I have Diverticulosis through the bottom half of my colon and the test besides removing a small growth had really stirred things up.
I found your Great Taste No Pain plan on the internet and decided that what the heck. I could try something else, as all the pills and medications were just not helping the situation of the pain I still was going through.
I had had this pain for over a year and I had quite given up being pain free.
All I can say is THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
I have now been pain free for 8 days and just can't believe the freedom I now have just by following your wonderful, eating program.
I find your recipes exciting as they are quite different to what I have been having.

I have been on Great Taste No Pain for about two weeks. My stomach feels so much better already. I also have lost weight, about 10 pounds, but at 5' 8'' it is noticeable- I weighed 170 before and 159 now. The loss of stomach pain is such a blessing.

Hi Sherry,
I can't thank you enough for your Great Taste No Pain plan. After two days on your plan I was feeling better. And after 5 days my painful hemorrhoids seemed to disappear. I have almost eliminated completely my heartburn remedies. I only needed them while I was taking an antibiotic that irritated my stomach. After I was done with the antibiotics I didn't need the tablets anymore.
I was so impressed I put my mother on the plan and she loves it. I also told a friend and she took down your website address so that she can order your plan. I'm never hungry anymore because I can eat basically all the fruits and nuts I want and my favorite fish. I am so pleased with my results. In less than two weeks I have lost 6 pounds and I feel more energetic.

I have never in the past had digestive problems or suffered from constipation. Just one day it hit me. I began to have cramps and they became more intense. The pain was as close to child birth as I want to experience ever again. I am 73 years old and in excellent health, very active and as I said before no digestive problems. Because I did not know what the problem was, I began to research the Internet for information. I found your
website and began reading. It had all the answers, I new immediately this was IBS and I ordered Great Taste No Pain plan. I have followed your regiment and immediately began to feel better. No more pain, the acid reflux disappeared and I was no longer constipated.

I am so thankful to have found your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have tried so many things for so many years. I have had trouble since I was a little girl, but when I turned 28 my life seemed to end. The pain was out of control and I was in the hospital twice. UGH! So many tests and medications. I felt there was no hope. I wanted to live life, yet it was such a struggle I wanted it to end. The suffering was never ending.
My 4 children have paid a price for my suffering also. It was always something we could not do because Mom was sick. Now that two of them are older they would go and I often would be home alone. I was so glad that they could do so much, but it was hard to be left behind.
Now things are so much different. I can plan to go places without feeling so sick or worried that I will get sick. I tossed the meds, and now watch what I eat.

Sept 6, 2009, I went to bed suffering the most horrific pain in my stomach. I looked like I had swallowed a basketball, that's how big and hard my stomach was. Before, I went to bed I searched on the internet under Bloating. Of all the items I saw, I thought yours hit the nail on the head. I read it and decided to try it. After one day on your plan it seemed like a miracle happened to me. NO PAIN. The pain was gone! By the end of that week I weighed myself, and found that I had lost 5 lbs. My goal was to get rid of the PAIN. In the process, the 5 lbs. was a bonus I have been enjoying. I have been sleeping without the Tums and Omeprazole, and no more bloating. Oh yes, the gas has also disappeared. I feel so much better.

Today is my 4th day on your Great Taste No Pain program and I must say although I was a little skeptical. I have followed it very carefully, and no pain!! I have been hospitalized twice for diverticulitis, had many horrible tests, been on IVS that have ruined my veins, and been told not to eat, nuts, popcorn and things with seeds!!
I was in pain when I went to the internet to complete a search and just asked the simple question "How do I handle a flare up of diverticulitis?" Thank you, thank you for being out there and answering my concerns.

After about 18 years of digestive problems and chronic GERD I had surgery 10 months ago and hoped that 18 years of omeprazole and nexium were over. But the surgery just left me with a whole load of other problems including constant abdominal pain and burning feelings and dreadful gas and bloating. I was at the point of despair when I tried your Great Taste No Pain plan.
All the pain has gone - its unbelievable and no more meds!! I feel so motivated that I can finally get control of this thing that has dominated my life for so long!
